Rick Lane Sr. founded Lane Erectors in 1982 hoping to build a better future for his family, and his community. Over the next 40 years Rick proved the only thing stronger than his work ethic, was his compassion and love for those around him. In 2022 his son Ricky Joe Jr. picked up his dad's dream and continues with the same hard work ethic, and a smile for everyone he meets. Now, with the help of brother John Ross Lane; Lane Erectors is honoring that legacy with their belief in community, hard work, and integrity.

Meet Ricky Joe Jr.
Ricky Joe Lane Jr. grew up watching his father build Lane Erectors from the ground up, learning that true success comes from integrity, hard work, and a commitment to community. In 2022, he proudly carried that legacy forward, leading the company with the same determination and care that defined his father. Today, alongside his brother John Ross, Ricky Joe continues to expand Lane Erectors’ impact across Southern Illinois, building not just structures, but trust, relationships, and a future that honors his family’s name.
